Hold the screen to make the car go forward. You can control it by turning it left or right. However, since the fuel of the car depletes quickly (the amount left being displayed in the top right corner), you have to feather the throttle. This is particularly important for levels where you must jump off a ramp. Certain stages offer fuel boosts in the form of jerry cans. Different terrains pose different challenges. The snow stages pose low grip, and the dirt stages have very unpredictable steering and a poor powertrain.
